On 10 March, I returned my motherboard Asus P5NE-SLI. On my account, it has been approved and apparently in process but since I still have not returned or even information.
After consulting several forums related to issues of VAS Top Buy, it would seem that monitoring is one of the worst anywhere and they are often found dead or false excuses not to pay you. It is understandable why he forces when ordering the purchase of the option serenity because if you do not have it, you have actually no guarantee home.
At Top Buy, faulty hardware would never guaranteed. After 3 months, I still had a call to customer service because we can not reach them by phone even if it is shown that they can be contacted via the following command (this is a lie more). Nice, the girl tells me it's amazing how long treatment and recovery information and she has no news.

Romain service quality so I announced that I would be refunded by check letter within 3 weeks. Finally, I would not know what to make of the motherboard if it had been returned on time because I could not wait had bought another.
Update 16 August 2009: the check has been sent and received, a shame he's so difficult to get information from the VAS. So for non persistent fly good advice because if a problem is dead!
